Request account deletion

Email support@mavir.co with the subject line "Account deletion request".

Please send the request from the email address connected to your MAVIR account when possible. If you cannot access that inbox, include enough information for us to verify account ownership before deletion.

Account deletion may include your account profile, onboarding/profile data, workout plans, workout logs, nutrition logs, progress data, lesson completions, member-created exercises, and uploaded member exercise images associated with your account.

MAVIR may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, operational, backup, or audit reasons. If retention applies, we will explain the category of retained data and the reason in our response.

We will review the request, verify account ownership when needed, and respond through email. Deletion requests are handled manually during the MVP launch period.
